1.Member registration
When you are not logged in, you can see “register” button on Home Page. Click and fill in all the details for registration.
2. No SMS verification code received during registration
1) Check if your security settings on your mobile phone blocks phone numbers not on your phone.
2) If you still have not received the Verification Code, please click “resend” .
3) If you still do not receive SMS Verification Code, please contact our Customer Service.
3.Forget password
You can retrieve your password either through your mobile phone number or registered email address by clicking “Forgotten Password”.
4.Change Password, Mobile Phone Number and email address
You can change your Password, Mobile Number and email address by clicking “My Account” under “Username” on the top right.
5.Music search
1) Keyword Search – user can type song title; mood; genre; music for; instrumentation; etc. to search for music.
2) Filter Search – user can click any tag from search result (e.g. duration) to further filter your music search to get a better result.
3) Advanced Search – search music by choosing the most popular tags from Labels; Moods; Genres; Music For; Instrumentation; Duration and Version to get the best search result.
6.Website audition and download
1) click "▷" on the relevant page of the track to audition, or click "+" to add it to the playlist.
2) click "↓" on the relevant page of the track to download the trial version.
3) to download high-quality music, you need to obtain authorization. For details, please click “Licensing Introduction” and “Authorization Process”
7.Features such as “My Favorite” and “My Cart” cannot be used
Complete Real Name Authentication in “My Account” to use these features.
8. How to use My Favorite
1）If you like any of the auditioned tracks, you can save them by pressing "☆" button. You can listen to all your saved
tracks under “My Favorite”.
As shown in the following picture, you can always add albums and
tracks to “My Favorite”.
2）All your saved albums and tracks will be displayed in “My Favorite”.
3）You can create or edit playlist under “My
Folder” in “My Favorite” page.
