Introduction:[SCORE: Life Is Chaos] [Active, Tense Percussion Action Somber Aftermath] Ethnic action cut, giving the impression of intrigue, military urgency and mathematical precision. The cut starts with a bed of fast-tempo Middle Eastern hand percussion and military snares, that opens into a very ney-sounding soprano sax solo @:08, then builds to a slam @:29. @:36 the bed continues, building in tenor and pitch with brass / string pads. @:1:30 the piece climaxes again, this time bursting into a chase-like feel, with marCato (ASCAP) strings and low piano trading off a driving bassline that builds to 2:11, where gentle clock-like piano octaves and beds of string harmonics provide an eerily still aftermath.
